First Fridays Entertainment
On the First Friday of every month, throughout the year, downtown businesses and DGI host special events with extended hours, entertainment, and shopping specials. Every month features a special theme with entertainment and activities for the whole family. Hours are from 5 PM to 9 PM. The event is held regardless of weather.
Performer guidelines
The First Fridays Entertainment Coordinator will notify you of your status via email.
- Performers must complete a registration form
- This is a family-friendly event. As such, performers must not use foul language.
- Performers are authorized and encouraged to sell their merchandise.
- DGI is not responsible for any damaged or stolen equipment or merchandise
- Performers are invited to have a “donation” box during their performance.
- Performers will provide their own set up.
- Performers will provide your their sound system and equipment if needed.
Application
As part of the First Friday program, Downtown Goshen, Inc. offers a free entertainment series. Interested performers must submit an application for approval. Please allow 6 weeks for processing.
